    Your Role as a Dental Hygienist:

    We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Dental Hygienists to join our Brattleboro, VT team on both part-time and full-time schedules. This position is more than just a job; it is an opportunity for personal growth and a meaningful contribution to our community. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Performing high-quality dental hygiene treatments
    • Educating and motivating patients to enhance their oral health
    • Assisting with diagnostic and preventive care

    We Provide:

    • Competitive pay of $47-53/hour + monthly performance bonuses
    • Sign-on bonus: $6,000
    • Relocation assistance of up to $15,000
    • Comprehensive health benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401K, life insurance, and disability coverage
      • Eligible after 30 days of employment
      • Available for full-time employees working 30+ hours weekly
    • 3 weeks of paid time off + holidays for full-time staff
    • Paid sick leave for part-time employees
    • Continuing Education (CE) credits

    Requirements:

    • Associate degree or higher from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program
    • Active VT state license
    • Certification in CPR
    • Preferred: 1 year of dental experience (new graduates welcome)
    • Preferred: Anesthesia certification if applicable

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45AM-5:15PM

    Interview Process: Virtual interview followed by in-person session (working interview optional)
