    Position: Per Diem Pharmacists

    About Us: Soliant Health, a leading healthcare staffing agency, has been contracted by a specialty retail pharmacy in Cleveland, OH, to source talented per diem pharmacists. We specialize in connecting healthcare professionals with rewarding opportunities that make a positive impact on patient care.

    Position Details:

    • Dates: As needed for shifts from May to July
    • Frequency: Flexible scheduling, ranging from 1 day a week to 1 day a month
    • Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
    • Pay: $60.00 per hour
    • Software: Rx30

    Ideal Candidate: We are seeking pharmacists with:

    • Specialty retail experience
    • Strong patient consultation skills, particularly in managing patients with advanced stages of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, MS, and others
    • Compassion and empathy, essential for serving a patient population primarily consisting of Medicare/Medicaid and low-income individuals with potentially low literacy rates
