Americans For Prosperity – New Hampshire is looking for a passionate advocate for liberty to lead their grassroots staff as the Director of Grassroots Operations.
You Will...Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 4-5 fulltime Grassroots Engagement Directors as they recruit volunteers and mobilize their community around AFP's objectives
Develop, analysis, and modify the state's voter-contact operations
Manage the state chapter's relationships with internal and external partners
Supervise the team's contractor recruitment strategy and implementation
You will also recruit and maintain a team of volunteer activists as everyone at AFP-NH is a community builder.

We are looking for someone with leadership skills, or the want to grow their leadership skills.
Comfort and confidence working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment independent of direct supervision or direction. We need a go-getter who can figure out how to overcome new and unique challenges.
The ability to travel at least 25% of the time and a valid driver's license.
