Description
We are currently seeking a Lifecycle Manager for a Solution Service (with a focus on perimeter IT security) to oversee service agreements, cost-effectiveness, development, cost calculations, automation, IT security, and data protection.
Responsibilities include coordinating all service providers involved in regular operations, supporting proposal activities with expertise and cost calculations, managing implementation projects within the service, coordinating with client representatives for requirements management, assisting with procurement for bidding processes, collaborating with architecture and product managers to consider operational aspects, documenting and maintaining an overview of community-specific applications, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and available solutions for IT perimeter protection.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in IT or a related field, several years of relevant experience in complex technological and procedural services, knowledge of IT service management (ITIL certification preferred), familiarity with technical standards and solutions for IT perimeter protection, and experience in project management and team leadership.
