    Position Overview

    At Le Meridien, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Controller to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a fundamental role in overseeing all financial aspects of the hotel, ensuring maximum profitability while maintaining control over expenses and safeguarding assets.

    Responsibilities
    • Administer and manage all financial areas of the hotel, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Night Audit, and Payroll
    • Implement proper controls and procedures to optimize profits, reduce costs, and protect hotel assets
    • Collaborate with department heads for accurate budget preparation
    • Work closely with the Controller on payroll-related tasks and reports

    Qualifications
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel Accounting
    • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
    • Ability to perform complex financial calculations and analysis
    • Flexible availability to meet property's operational requirements
    • Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
    • Team player dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences
