Schedule, plan and resolve next day service to ensure 100% percent on-time compliance with scheduled pick up and appointment times.

Answer calls from customers and consignees, complete their requests (providing tracking and ETAs, scheduling, address changes or cancellations, initiating dock searches, following up on escalated issues.) Tracking and supporting a productive and on time service for both the driver and receiver.

Data entry with Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel so knowledge of Microsoft, Google, and Gmail progams is a must. Other duties as assigned.


Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
