Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of patients while adhering to all medical protocols and standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
  • Assist with physical examinations and provide support during procedures
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and progress
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and selfcare techniques
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times
  • Assist in coordinating patient referrals to specialists or other healthcare facilities
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain confidentiality of patient information Requirements:
  • Valid LPN license in [STATE]
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems such as Cerner or Epic
