Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and comfort of patients while adhering to all medical protocols and standards.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
Assist with physical examinations and provide support during procedures
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and progress
Educate patients and their families on health management and selfcare techniques
Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times
Assist in coordinating patient referrals to specialists or other healthcare facilities
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment
Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain confidentiality of patient information Requirements:
