Key High Vaccum Products, Inc is looking for a
Purchasing Agent to join our team in the Nesconset, NY area.

The Purchasing Agent is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing of materials and equipment for our client.

The Purchasing Agent will work closely with the production team to ensure that all production orders are met on time and within budget.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Identify, research, and negotiate best pricing for all products.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Prepare quotes by reviewing purchase orders, price lists, and specifications. Prepare cost estimates based on specifications or specifications as approved by the purchasing manager.
• Prepare purchase orders for inbound or outbound shipments based on customer requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders for inbound or outbound shipments based on customer specifications or as approved by the purchasing manager.
• Prepare purchase orders for inbound or outbound shipments based on market requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders for inbound or outbound shipments based on market share.
• Prepare purchase orders for inbound or outbound shipments based on market share.
• Prepare purchase orders for inbound or outbound shipments based on market share.
• Prepare purchase orders for inprocess inventory based on established standards of quality or as approved by the purchasing manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education:
High School diploma required, Associate's degree preferred, College degree preferred (preferred)
