Responsibilities:

Providing care, support, and assistance to residents
Ensuring medical and treatment care
Implementing preventive measures
Care planning and documentation (computerassisted)
Participation in quality assurance measures
Attending case and team meetings
Taking on shift management duties

Requirements:

Completed training as a geriatric nurse (m/f/d), health and nursing care professional (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d), or equivalent recognized training
Good German language skills in speaking and writing
Positive attitude towards working with elderly people in need of care
Strong social and communication skills
Attention to detail, thoroughness, and reliability
Calmness, balance, and patience
Discretion and trustworthiness
Willingness to continuously update professional knowledge through further education
Willingness to work shifts and weekends
A valid class B driver's license is required for working in the home care service.
