Description

We are seeking a friendly part-time receptionist for our physical therapy office located in North Andover


Tasks include:

- scheduling appointments;
- scanning and filing patient documents;
- verifying insurance benefits;
- receiving mail;
- processing patient payments;
- communicating with customers, vendors, and medical offices;
- ensuring the general cleanliness and appearance of the office;
- as well as other tasks as assigned.


Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with office equipment and a quick learner of software programs
• Strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize work tasks
• Selfdirected and can work independently
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare, and private insurance /guidelines/requirements is PREFERRED but not required

Part time: 8-12 hours/week
