JOB SUMMARY:
Primary objective is to ensure successful vendor onboarding and account maintenance within PaymentWorks and PeopleSoft systems.
-
Bachelor's degree in related field, plus 2-3 years of experience required. Position is onsite (Galveston, Tx).

MAJOR DUTIES / CRITICAL TASKS:

Responsibilities include all elements of vendor onboarding, as follows:

Sending PaymentWorks invites to existing and prospective UTMB vendors.
Working with department initiators and vendors to ensure successful vendor onboarding and management of vendor details within PeopleSoft.
Providing excellent customer support and issue resolution for vendors and department initiators throughout the onboarding process.
Respond to queries received from the Supplier Management Inbox.
Log cases with PaymentWorks when escalations or review are needed.
Prepare reports and ad hoc analysis for management.
Ensures compliance with all UTMB policies and procedures
Performs other treasury department duties as required.

EXPERIENCE:
