Eiden Systems Corporation is seeking an
All-Source Intelligence Analyst (Level II), with an active TS/SCI clearance, to support a contract in the National Capital Region.
What you will be doing:
- Provides strategic, operational, and tactical analysis as required based on raw intelligence collected from a variety of information sources.
- Applies knowledge of INTspecific analysis techniques as required, specifically:
- Prepare all-source intelligence products to support the support the government customer.
- Receive and process incoming reports and messages.
- Determine the significance and reliability of incoming information.
- Assist in the analysis and evaluation of intelligence holdings to determine changes in capabilities, vulnerabilities, and probable courses of action.
- Assemble and proofread intelligence reports and assist in consolidating them into customerrequired format.
- Store and retrieve intelligence data using computers.
Qualification requirements:

(REQUIRED) Active Top Secret clearance with current SCI eligibility:
- Demonstrated ability to research, analyze, and author allsource intelligence assessments ranging from short, current intelligence products for threat warning purposes to longer, complex, multithematic assessments for identifying trends and systemic vulnerabilities for consideration by a broad range of intelligence customers including senior officials, operators and policymakers, Federal, state, and local officials, and private sector consumers.
- Experience producing intelligence derived from open sources and social media to support operational planning, execution, and decision making.
- Information will be collected from allsource resources, to include DHSspecific resources, and open source unclassified and classified databases; therefore, must possess at least a working knowledge of (preferably handson experience with) databases and software programs used in the intelligence environment, including but not limited to
:Microsoft Office suite, M3, TAC, HOTR, Google Earth, Intelink, National Exploitation System, Gemini, MIDB, and various message handling systems
- Must possess excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills to communicate factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and tight deadlines that meets or exceeds established analytical standards which include Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203 (Analytic Tradecraft) and 206 (Sourcing) and other applicable ICDs as well as other, e.g., Departmental, law enforcement, tradecraft directives, standards, and guidance, when appropriate.
- (Desired) Expertise in nodal analysis using various analytic tools and software designed to focus on identifying networks to identify bad actors and their associates.
Education/Certifications:
- Degrees must be in a field relevant to intelligence. Some operational intelligence experience desired
High School Diploma/GED - 6 yrs; Associates Degree - 4 yrs; Bachelor's Degree - 2 yrs

Minimum physical demands for on task positions: Employee needs to be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
Most positions require ability to work on desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time reading, reviewing/analyzing information, and providing recommendations, summaries and/or reports in written format.
Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.PAY TRANSPARENCY NONDISCRIMINATION PROVISION
