Job Summary
This position will support our internal sales channels (i.e. Chubb Workplace Benefits and Combined) and external clients to ensure successful implementation of our voluntary insurance products on Chubb's enrollment platform utilizing.

He/she will collaborate with internal and external partners to configure the client enrollment based on underwriting guidelines, regulatory considerations and client specific requirements.


Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact with our sales and / or broker and enrollment system partners to support the enrollment system configuration and testing of voluntary benefits


Key responsibilities include:

  • Build enrollments according to defined specifications and service level agreements on our licensed Benselect/Selerix platform
  • Ensure all enrollment data files are properly formatted and complete. Enrollment data needs to be submitted timely and accurately to internal and external parties / systems
  • Manage and maintain enrollments by uploading census files for new hires, EDI setup, loading inforce coverage information for reservice accounts, and running reports for internal and external account management needs
  • Lead and /or participate in making enhancements to the enrollment platform by adding new product lines, changing enrollment file output configuration and other activities directed at improving the functionality of the system. These activities will require system and useraccess testing.
  • Perform peer reviews on custombuilt cases to ensure the platform is configured to the underwriting offer and other setup configurations (i.e. billing, enrollers)
  • Provide consulting and training to external enrollment firms, third party administrators, and internal sales staff and agents
  • Partner with outside parties (i.e. broker, enrollment firms and thirdparty technology firms) to foster and maintain positive relationships aimed at retaining and growing our client base

Skills

  • Experience with voluntary benefit case set up or configuration and familiarity with industry systems
  • Experience with system testing and test script creation (Java/Jscript)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solid time management and organizational skills XML familiarity preferred

Education

  • Minimum fouryear college degree preferred
The pay range for the role is $60,000 to $99,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website.

The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
