"Our client, a telecommunications company, is seeking technical support professionals to join their project in Serenada, TX. This position will be based in Frankfurt/Oberhausen, Germany (West Region).

Responsibilities:

Travel to customer sites in Serenada, TX and take inventory of current cabling structure
Deliver survey or validation results within set time frames
Create maps and reports for clients
Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory codes

Requirements:

Previous experience as a field support engineer or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)
