Property Management for multiple residential and commercial properties throughout Staten Island, NY
Responsible for regular maintenance and service calls. Must have vehicle, valid driver's license and tools are a plus.

Duties:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in various areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents or clients by addressing their concerns and resolving maintenance issues in a timely manner.
- Fabricate or repair items as needed using appropriate tools and materials.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a maintenance person or maintenance role, preferably in a residential or commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of various maintenance areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills with a customer serviceoriented approach.
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
