The salary range for this position is $66,000 to $85, 000 depending on experience.


Summary


Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator-Plays a pivotal role in sourcing top talent, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring seamless onboarding and off boarding experiences.


Requirements:


Recruitment

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Generate job offers and coordinate offer process with CHRO and Hiring Managers
  • Work with Marketing as necessary to update recruiting materials.
  • Maintain a master list of career fairs and portfolio review opportunities and work with staffing people in each office to ensure coverage as appropriate.
  • Create and maintain standard experience curriculum for internships to ensure a positive experience.
  • Utilize industry best practices and market research to optimize job postings for maximum visibility and engagement.

Onboarding/Offboarding:


  • Maintain comprehensive onboarding experience to facilitate the smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
  • Ensure accurate new hire data entry on all platforms.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, procedures and culture.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure new employees receive jobspecific training and resources.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing questions, concerns, and providing ongoing support.
  • Conduct checkins with new employees to assess their onboarding experience and address any issues or challenges.
  • Meet with employees who are leaving the firm to conduct exit interviews and compile data for potential retention solutions.
  • Complete exit process with departing employees.

Position Description Management:


  • Collaborate with leadership to create and maintain clear and concise job descriptions that accurately reflect job requirements and expectations.
  • Regularly review existing job descriptions to ensure they remain relevant and are aligned with evolving business needs.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Marketing preferred
  • Proven experience in personnel recruiting preferably in Architecture or Engineering, or in the Professional Services industry
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
  • Excellent ability to create professional written content
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of Paylocity and/or Deltek Vantagepoint a plus

Certification Requirements

  • HR Certification a plus

  • None

Work Environment

  • This position operates in a professional open office environment with low to moderate noise levels including collaborative work areas for team meetings. Each office provides collaborative work areas and shared resources such as video conferencing, printing/scanning, and a café for dining.

Physical Demands

  • Hand/Wrist/Finger dexterity for 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week
  • Ability to lift 15lbs or open filing cabinets as necessary
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time

Position/Hours expected to work

  • This is a fulltime position with the expectation of working a minimum of 40 hours per week

Travel

  • Rare amount of travel

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or relevant field preferred
  • A minimum of three years' experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience is the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry is a plus
