    Description

    Hiring Sr. React Developer and Full Stack-Developer for a long term contract in Irving/Dallas TX. Candidates must have Banking Domain experience.

    Position 1:

    Sr. React Developer

    Location : Irving/Dallas TX, Long term contract

    Must have some Banking background

    Responsibilities:


    • Developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known workflows (such as Flux or Redux)


    • Developing new user-facing features using


    • Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use


    • Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.


    • Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following workflows.


    • Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.


    • Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.


    • Monitoring and improving front-end performance.


    • Documenting application changes and developing updates.


    • Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code


    • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

    Preferred Skills/Experience


    • Extensive hands on experience in ReactJS


    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model


    • Extensive experience on creating Micro front end applications


    • Modern JS (browser + ), CSS,SCSS and HTML5


    • Front end state management Redux, ContextAPI and Hooks


    • Client API GrapQL and Fetch wrapper


    • Reusable ReactJS components creation


    • Extensive experience on Responsive design system


    • Webpack with the entire ecosystem


    • Understanding the architecture of web applications


    • Knowledge of OOP and patterns


    • Understanding of Web application performance


    • Leading team in design and development efforts


    • Good communication Skills


    • Working experience in Agile framework

    Position 2:

    Sr. Full Stack-Developer ( 50% J2EE Backend – 50% React )

    Location : Irving/Dallas TX, Long Term contract

    Must have some Banking background

    Non Negotiable skills/technologies that are required ?

    Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring MVC – 9-10 years

    Spring Boot, microservices – 5 years

    Selenium, Test Café, Rest assured – 3 years

    Spring Webflux – 2-3 years

    React, Type Script – 4 years.

    Containers, Docker, Kubernetes, Service Mesh, Jenkins,

    ELK stack, Splunk, App Dynamics

    JIRA, GIT, Fortify, Black duck, Twistlock


    • What skills/attributes are preferred? AWS or Azure


    • What does the interview process look like?

    o How many rounds? 2 rounds. Short Hiring manager screening followed by a team interview.

    o Video, phone, or in person? – Teams Video. Prefer in person interview if candidate is local.

    o How technical will the interviews be? – Fully technical

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    Designs and writes complex code in several languages relevant to our existing product stack, with a focus on automation

    Configures, tunes, maintains and installs applications systems and validates system functionality

    Installs new software releases and application system upgrades. Evaluates and installs software patches

    Monitors and fine tunes applications system to achieve optimum performance levels and works with hardware teams to resolve issues with hardware and software

    Assists with application system problem resolution by working with application developers, vendors, and internal infrastructure teams member to troubleshoot

    Addresses product backlog and provide continuous delivery of high-quality features

    Maintains a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database/library of all supporting documentation to ensure data integrity

    Acts to improve the overall reliability of systems and to increase efficiency

    Works collaboratively with cross functional teams, using Agile / DevOps principles to bring products to life, achieve business objectives and serve customer needs
