Bantboru Greer is one of our plants which supplies products directly to local OEMs and is actively seeking to fill the positions of Bending Operator.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Technician to join our team.

As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and comply with customer requirements.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Responsibilities:

• Be the direct contact with the customer for quality issues.
• Create internal and customer claims on QMAD. And follow up.
• Participate in ASAKAI meetings.
• Realize the incoming quality controls and give the approval from SAP for each inbound delivery.
• Realize post audits.
• Fill in the 8Ds through customer portal B2B QWIN.
• Check monthly LPKM scores for quality.
• Check and update the ASAKAI boards related with quality, 6S and KAIZEN.
• Daily report to plant manager.
• Manage the quarantine area. All the follow ups of the blockage and release on SAP.
• KPI follow up and data upload to QMAD.
• Authorization to stop the production and delivery in case necessary.
• Realize the stock control if necessary or arrange the 3rd company for sorting actions.
• Realize the part trials, root cause analysis with the customer, if necessary, at the customer location.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Quality Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices
• Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify deviations from specifications
• Strong analytical skills for data collection and interpretation
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams

Pay:
$ $24.24 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
