Your responsibilities:


  • Central point of contact for the client and responsible for facility management
  • Creation of maintenance and inspection plans, as well as performance and quality control of inhouse and external services
  • Monitoring of legal inspection deadlines and requirements, as well as warranty, defect, and damage management
  • Timely resolution of all occurring defects and reporting to the client or authorities if necessary
  • Calculation and preparation of regular and projectrelated services

Your profile:

- (Technical) university degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a
