    PAY, BENEFITS, AND SCHEDULE

    Before we get to the nitty-gritty, let's talk about the sweet stuff. We pay our Auto Dealership Sales Managers a generous salary of $95,000 - $135,000 per year, plus bonuses and commission. You also enjoy opportunities for career development. Plus, we offer terrific benefits, such as health, vision, dental insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off (PTO), and flexible scheduling. As for your schedule, you can expect to work Monday - Friday for up to 10 hours at a time. Some weekend hours may be required. So, what do you think?     WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED AS AN AUTO DEALERSHIP SALES MANAGER

    • 2+ years of experience working at an auto dealership
    • State sales license
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid driver's license

    Having bilingual proficiency would be a significant advantage Although not mandatory, preference is given to candidates with a bachelor's degree, at least two years of relevant training, or a comparable blend of education and experience.
