- On-site training in Seven Hills, OH - M-Th 8:30a-3:00p.
- This could transform into a hybrid (in-office and remote) position earned through successful completion of training and achieving goals set forth in the job description.
- Position is Part Time to start, in-office, with the option to go full time by also working as an Agent, or an increase in IT job responsibilities through planned company growth or individual employee initiative.
- We operate including holidays. This position may require some infrequent "on-the-fly" availability (evenings, overnight, weekends) to provide IT support outside of regular business hours. These rare situations usually last under 1/2 hour.
- Learn our business by first training to learn our phone System, all Applications, Processes, Hardware, BCDR, & HIPAA Compliance so you can transition into our IT support role.
- Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be punctual, exceptional attendance is expected.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our system integration with our vendor partners to effectively communicate projects and troubleshooting.
- Assist Agents, Clients, Management.
- Learn the Topology of the Call Center network & individual Agent computer hardware/software to recognize & resolve issues.
- Positive attitude and good working relationship with the Agent & Management Teams.
- Advanced Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) & IT Support skills.
- Excellent organization, planning skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are a must.
- Desire to participate in our company's growth & success.
- Strict adherence to Chagrin Answering, LLC policies and procedures.
