Job Summary:
We are seeking Substitutes to join our team. As a Substitute, you will provide support in various educational settings, ensuring a conducive learning environment for students.


Duties:

• Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher
• Maintain classroom management and discipline
• Support students in their learning activities
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
• Assist with curriculum development and lesson planning
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children or in childcare settings
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques
• Understanding of childhood development principles
• Ability to work collaboratively with other educators
• Flexibility to adapt to different classroom environments
• Strong communication skills to interact with students, staff, and parents

Nice-to-Have Skills:
