LoftyWorks is a comprehensive proptech software solution that simplifies property management through various tools, including CRM automation and customer communication.
Developed since 2019, LoftyWorks is a result of collaboration between Lofty, a major US proptech company, and a prominent UK outsourcing firm.
It combines the extensive experience of both companies to bring the best practices from the UK and US real estate sectors into one platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to identify and address software defects and usability issues.
- Document and communicate test results, defects, and potential areas for improvement to the development team.
- Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.
- Continuously monitor and improve the overall quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Stay uptodate with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL.
- Familiarity with various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience working with automation frameworks (e.g. Cypress).
- Experience and willingness to conduct manual as well as automation testing.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
