Your tasks and responsibilities

You are responsible for acquiring new employers and maintaining existing contacts.

You work hand in hand with your colleagues in the applicant-oriented department and use external network partners to find suitable personnel for your employers.

You advise companies in our region on their external impact, integration services, and the optimization of their personnel planning and development (e.g. demographic analysis, evaluation of personnel structure and educational needs).

You develop individual strategies for filling apprenticeships and jobs and understand how to meet the different needs of your customer base.

In the placement of personnel, you use various methods and represent the BA at job fairs and job speed dating events.

Through your work in the employer hotline, you ensure that the employer service is accessible to all companies.

As a prerequisite, you bring

a (university) degree (ideally in the field of social security, administration, law, business administration, HR)
