**Are you used to communicating confidently with partners and agencies alike? Managing multiple projects and finding quick solutions is part of your daily routine? You always keep an overview and don't lose your head even in extraordinary or stressful situations? Empathy and a high level of customer and service orientation are second nature to you?


Your tasks

  • Contact person for online sales partners, tourist offices, and hoteliers for marketing activities
  • Development and implementation of sales promotion measures and marketing activities (online & offline)
  • Planning, execution, and reporting of online and offline marketing activities
  • Content management of social media channels including marketing activities in cooperation with the sales team
  • Newsletter marketing with overall responsibility for text, images, and offers in collaboration with the product department
  • Close cooperation with the sales department

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training, preferably with several years of professional experience and experience in marketing
  • Very high level of service and customer orientation
  • Strong communication skills with empathy
  • Structured, organized, and solutionoriented work style even with high workloads and in crisis situations
  • Ability to recognize and prioritize tasks and maintain an overview
  • Resilient and able to handle stress
  • English skills, additional languages desirable
  • Proficient in common office programs, graphic design software, and preferably also in tourism reservation systems/travel agency systems
  • Teamoriented, conscientious, and reliable work ethic
