Position available immediately in a stimulating, progressive and positive team environment located at the Porsche Experience Center in Carson, California.

The position involves working as in integral team member in the motor racing Simlab on a part-time basis, 20 hours per week.

• Working as a member of a select team in the Simlab providing initial orientation of the simulators, driving techniques, and engagement and individualized assistance with high profile clientele and their guests
• Building and maintenance of professional long term relationships with clients using product and racing knowledge, technical skills and excellent interpersonal skills including Porsche brand marketing
• General maintenance of simulators and controls and technical support with computer, audio, tactile and simulation software systems and hardware, including prompt identification of equipment problems followed up by efficient solutions
• Management and monitoring of daily Simlab schedule, Special Events scheduling and setup involving simulators and excellent communication with team members regarding necessary schedule changes

• College Degree (Associate or Bachelor's Degree) or certification in an equivalent and relevant area
• Two years of experience in a customer service or sales orientated role, including experience with high profile clientele as well as the general public
• Good verbal and written communication skills individually as well as in a team setting
• Passion for learning, commitment to quality driven work ethic, outgoing, confident and positive personality
• Knowledge of or motivation to acquire a broad knowledge of the Porsche Brand including products, history, services, markets and marketing

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
