To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Accounting, HR & Reception Employee (m/f/d) for the golf secretariat 80-100%
Your tasks:
- Preparatory financial and payroll accounting in cooperation with our tax office
- Personnel administration
- Execution and booking of payment transactions
- Reception and care of our members and guests
- Organization of daily game operations
- Management of the pro shop and general secretariat tasks
Your profile:
- Commercial education with professional experience
- Independent, structured and accurate way of working
- Affinity for numbers
- Secure handling of MS Office, DATEV and PC CADDIE advantageous
- Trustworthiness, reliability, team spirit
- Friendly demeanor and service-oriented behavior
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
