Fountain View Village is recruiting a hospitality focused Scheduling Coordinator to join our team The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Assisted Living & Memory Care department with clerical duties and managing the monthly staffing schedule. Responsible for ordering, maintaining, and monitoring nursing and non-nursing supplies for the department.

In addition to Staffing Coordinator responsibilities, the Staffing Coordinator is also cross trained as a Caregiver/Medication Aide (Med Tech).

The Certified Caregiver/Med Tech assists with the administration of medications under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.

Assists nursing staff by performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living.

Here are a few of the job responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator:

Central Supply
orders and maintains supplies for the department
Assists the Director of Assisted Living & Memory Care with clerical functions
Maintains and assists with department scheduling, including new hire orientation and meetings for department staff
Keeps track of employee documentation and certifications
Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising
Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures, and specimens when indicated
Transfers, transports, and escorts residents as needed

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

High School education required, associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
Must have a minimum of two years' experience in staffing and/or scheduling.
Experience using accounting software and computer skills required
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Successful completion of State approved Caregiver and Medicine Aide Course, and when applicable, the continuing education course.

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
