Be part of an extraordinary lifeFountain View Village is recruiting a hospitality focused Scheduling Coordinator to join our team The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Assisted Living & Memory Care department with clerical duties and managing the monthly staffing schedule. Responsible for ordering, maintaining, and monitoring nursing and non-nursing supplies for the department.
In addition to Staffing Coordinator responsibilities, the Staffing Coordinator is also cross trained as a Caregiver/Medication Aide (Med Tech).
The Certified Caregiver/Med Tech assists with the administration of medications under the direct supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
Assists nursing staff by performing routine nursing duties and activities of daily living.Here are a few of the job responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator:
- Central Supply
- orders and maintains supplies for the department
- Assists the Director of Assisted Living & Memory Care with clerical functions
- Maintains and assists with department scheduling, including new hire orientation and meetings for department staff
- Keeps track of employee documentation and certifications
- Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising
- Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures, and specimens when indicated
- Transfers, transports, and escorts residents as needed
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High School education required, associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must have a minimum of two years' experience in staffing and/or scheduling.
- Experience using accounting software and computer skills required
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Successful completion of State approved Caregiver and Medicine Aide Course, and when applicable, the continuing education course.

Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
Expected hours:
