This individual will join our dynamic operations team and will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and managing our Orbitalum inventory to maximize on-time delivery to our customers.

• Prepare purchase requisition with input and oversight from management
• Track open purchase orders and due dates
• Develop familiarity with our products and part numbers
• Receive shipments and check them for accuracy
• Inspect incoming product for defects
• Modify, combine, and/or separate received product into final product
• Stock products in the warehouse in assigned locations
• Manage warehouse layout for best productivity
• Interface with sales department to provide stock and ship date information
• Interface with shipping/receiving department to communicate part bin locations and coordinate incoming shipments
• Interface with suppliers to resolve product and shipping defects and coordinate shipments
• Additional duties and tasks as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED
• 12 years' experience with inventory management, purchasing, or shipping/receiving, or other relevant experience
• Aptitude with computers and office software, ability and willingness to learn our inhouse software suite
• Strong problemsolving, organization and timemanagement skills with the ability to work independently
• Ability to work overtime if required
• Detailoriented

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bending, sitting, squatting, climbing, standing
• Position includes both frontoffice and warehouse tasks
