About Us:
We are a leading financing company specializing in the financing of capital equipment, vehicles, and real property. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring the accurate preparation and processing of all financing documents.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and process financing documents for capital equipment, vehicles, and real property.
- Manage and organize all documentation related to financing deals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to gather necessary documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financing agreements and contracts.
- Perform thorough checks to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Prepare titles and UCC filings.
- Prepare and file 8038G forms.
- Handle payouts and closing documentation.
- Proof documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Request and obtain necessary paperwork and insurance.
- Use checklists in Salesforce to ensure all documentation requirements are met.
- Perform 15 minutes of daily training.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in documentation processing
- Knowledge of financing documents related to capital equipment, vehicles, and real property a plus
- Experience with preparing titles and UCC filings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce, and DocuSign.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Must be a team player with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Working Hours:
- Fulltime position.
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
