    Position Summary:

    We are on the lookout for a dedicated and industrious individual to join us as a Plumber Helper. Your role will involve assisting our Service Experts HVAC and Plumbing team in various plumbing tasks. Duties include helping with installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of plumbing systems, great communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist plumbers with system installations, repairs, and maintenance
    • Transport tools and equipment to work areas
    • Prepare job sites by setting up necessary tools and materials
    • Help with pipe cutting, threading, and bending
    • Assist in installing plumbing fixtures
    • Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing systems
    • Maintain cleanliness at job sites
    • Follow safety procedures for a secure work environment

    Health & Safety Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Report any safety concerns promptly
    • Correct any substandard conditions
    • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment
    • Comply with safety regulations and rules
    • Participate in safety initiatives
    • Report all incidents immediately
    • Contribute to safety plans for accident prevention

    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in plumbing or construction is a plus
    • Knowledge of plumbing systems and tools
    • Ability to perform physical tasks
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
    • Good time management and reliability
    • Capability to work independently when needed
    • Preferred valid driver's license

    Working Conditions:

    • This role involves physical labor
