    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide counseling and support to adults and minors dealing with various mental health and behavioral issues. You will utilize different therapeutic techniques and approaches to help clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. We provide a HIPAA-compliant tool that can save you weekly hours by utilizing Artificial Intelligence to automate your progress notes. Run effective therapy sessions and save time on documentation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute individual treatment plans
    • Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
    • Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
    • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
    • Maintain accurate client documentation
    • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients to assess their needs and develop treatment plans
    • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to address clients' specific concerns
    • Collaborate with case managers and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
    • Stay updated on the latest research and developments in the field of behavioral health

    Requirements:

    Master's degree in Social work or Counseling. Licensed and certified to provide therapy in Maryland (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC).

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
    • Compassionate and caring demeanor
    • Ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Sensitivity and cultural competence when working with diverse populations.
