Our goal is to provide quality support to those we serve and their family members who devote their lives for their loved one with special needs.

Forte Residential, Inc. is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Coordinator for our Warsaw, Indiana office.

Some duties include:

Reviewing direct support staff notes for service suitability and general accuracy of information
Ensuring Electronic Visit Verification and scheduled shift times are accurate
Submitting weekly note reports
Tracking goals of people served
Communicating with direct support staff and office personnel

Hours typically Monday through Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-2pm.

Some requirements include:

High school graduate or equivalent
A passion for serving individuals with special needs
