We have an in-house lab and do all patient testing on-site. Men want fast appointments and efficient care, and we deliver on both. (Our on-site lab gets testosterone levels back in 15 minutes)

Our Seabrook (Texas) clinic is hiring a General Manager to oversee the daily function of our clinic.

The General Manager will obsess over providing an amazing patient experience, the highest level of clinical excellence and support the provider.

The general manager is also responsible the ground marketing and internet marketing.


Key Responsibilities Include:

• Over all In charge the daily operation of a clinic, to support the physicians and nurses
• Patient care: Support provider with patient visits, ability to wear multiple hats and assist with clinical duties as needed
• Revenue: High ticket closing support, save membership cancellations, declined payment reach outs, quality control, local ground marketing
• Inventory: Medical supply inventory, amazon inventory, vendor management and payment
• Quality: Frequent compliance QA checks, patient quality control checks, reducing staff errors
• Marketing includes ground marketing, internet marketing and other promotion
• Employee Culture: Staff management, patient google reviews, office maintenance

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience to run a health care clinic
• Confident leading teams and handling administrative tasks
• Ability to wear multiple hats and support various departments when needed
• Experience managing direct reports
• Experience in aesthetics or cash pay medicine preferred
• Ground marketing and internet marketing experience is preferred
• Active RN license in the state of Texas is preferred but not a must

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$53, $64,757.51 per year


Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
