    **Exciting Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse Opportunity**

    **Job Description:**

    - Join a dynamic Labor and Delivery team and care for patients in an engaging environment.
    - Night shift available: 4x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30).
    - Flexible options for 36 or 48 hours per week.
    - First-time travelers are welcome — bring your passion for patient care

    **Key Qualifications:**

    - Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience (excluding new graduate orientation).
    - Patient Ratio: 1:2
    - Required Certifications:
    - ACLS
    - AWHONN Intermediate
    - BLS
    - NRP (pending certifications are acceptable)

    **Clinical Skills & Experience:**

    - Antepartum Care and Procedures:
    - Perform sterile vaginal exams.
    - Triage obstetrical patients effectively.
    - Use External Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM) for fetal monitoring.

    - Medication and Administration:
    - Administer anticoagulation therapy, antihypertensives, and insulin drips.

    - Labor and Delivery Management:
    - Assist with high-risk deliveries and support vaginal deliveries.
    - Circulate for C-sections and assist in recovery.

    - Patient Age Groups:
    - Provide care for both neonates and adults.

    **Work Setting:**

    - 15 rooms and 15 beds dedicated to Labor and Delivery.
    - Collaborate with interdisciplinary support services including:
    - Respiratory Services
    - Social Services
    - Rapid Response Teams
    - And more

    **Weekend Requirements:**

    - 4-6 weekend shifts required every 6 weeks.
