- Lead, manage and develop the FP&A team and the Revenue Finance team, which is composed of high performing finance professionals that support the multi-faceted aspects of our global business.
- Lead growth marketing conversations and marketing capital allocation decision support.
- Understand and develop cohort analytics (buyer/seller) to model the business drivers.
- Engage with business teams to support and drive key Free Cash Flow initiatives.
- Partner with the finance leaders to produce monthly and quarterly business updates for Poshmark's senior executives and the Board of Directors (BOD).
- Drive company wide financial analysis and overviews for the CFO and Finance leadership team. Identify financial improvements, deep dive on cost structures, and analyze business opportunities and/ or investments with a keen eye on scaling for future growth and driving profitable returns.
- Drive simplification and automation of the finance workflows and redirect finance bandwidth to higher impact decision support.
- Give feedback to leadership regarding risks associated with financial projections; support your team budgeting and planning process; share insight on relevant market trends.
- Hire and develop the best finance talent. However, also be ready to dive deep when data and anecdotes disagree or when there are trend breaks.
- Leverage Pigment, Netsuite, and other corporate financial systems to support deep dive analysis and results summarization in response to CFO/CEO needs.
- Drive strategic planning process in July/August
- Drive MFR conversations after 3 months with Namsun and Naver team
- Provide guidance and help drive the FCF initiatives
- Build a team of analysts in US and India to help go deeper on insights and leverage Pigment.
- Improve the growth synch meeting with a defined marketing spend allocation
- Make the Annual Operating Planning process simpler with multiple scenario modeling being available in Pigment.
- 10+ years of positions that require analysis and reporting financial results experience
- 8+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
- 7+ years of hiring, leading and developing teams experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up
- Strong people partnership skills with the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
- Works well under pressure with the ability to prioritize competing deliverables.

Job Description:Within Poshmark's Financial Planning & Analysis team (FP&A), we enjoy a unique vantage point into everything happening within Poshmark. Our team provides strategic support to the CFO, CEO and senior leadership on enterprise-wide planning, analysis, and reporting.
As the central place the entire company looks to for an understanding of financial performance, we play a major role in driving business decisions.
In this role, you will own key processes essential to the heartbeat of Poshmark Finance, including the In-Year and long term planning process, and more specifically the Month-End, Quarter-End and Revenue Guidance processes.
