Description

The Front Office Admin Assistant is responsible for the daily operations of the front office by maintaining a positive, up-beat attitude in order to create an engaging, inviting and friendly environment for callers, guests, and employees of Brighter Media Group while performing designated administrative tasks.

Also, this position will perform administrative tasks for the Director of Operations and the Director of 48LP and Promotions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer, forward, and screen incoming phone calls - keeping record of calls and actions
  • Respond or forward general voice mail
  • Open front gate, greet, and accommodate visitors
  • Process outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail
  • Keep Events Calendar updated
  • Assist with set-up and clean-up of all-staff meetings, including food ordering
  • Monitor and assist with the cleanliness of the facility
  • Maintain office inventory
  • Assist with mailings
  • Complete duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
  • Prepare information and research as requested
  • Assist the Executive Assistant, Director of Operations, and Director of 48LP and Promotions with administrative tasks
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Great phone answering skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and TEAMS
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritizing tasks without guidance

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Education:


  • High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
