    We are 56 year old small manufacturing firm ooking to hire a Part-Time Office Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage records and information
    • Maintain work facilities
    • Provide administrative assistance to management team
    • Handle A/R, A/P, insurance and H/R needs
    • Payroll
    • Manage Cash Flow
    • Reconcile bank accounts
    • Oversight of IT and office computers
    • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Knowledge of accounting is extremely helpful
    • Strong leadership qualities
