Job Summary:

The Goldman Group is seeking a motivated Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting our redevelopment projects by performing a variety of tasks on construction sites. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are eager to grow their skills in construction.


Responsibilities:

• Perform initial tasks such as demolition, debris removal, and site preparation.
• Assist in setting up and performing tasks including loading, unloading, identifying and distributing building materials, machinery, and tools.
• Follow instructions from the construction manager or supervisor and adhere to all safety procedures to prevent accidents.
• Assist skilled tradespeople, learning various aspects of construction including landscaping, plumbing, electrical, and more.

Qualifications:

• Genuine interest in construction with willingness to learn and adapt.
• Experience in the construction field is preferred but not required.
• Must be physically capable of performing work in strenuous conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and responsibility.
• Excellent team player, able to work cooperatively to achieve team goals.

Pay:
Up to $20.00 per hour
