Herb Chambers BMW of Sudbury is seeking tech savvy, energetic product knowledge specialists to join our team As a full-time BMW Product Genius, you'll be promoting our brand's unique technical offerings to clients and colleagues alike. This is not a sales position and no previous automotive experience or knowledge required - we'll provide the training


Responsibilities will include:

  • Informing clients on product specifications of all BMW products and features
  • Conducting the needs analysis together with the client
  • Supporting the Client Advisor during the sales consultation
  • Being the main point of contact for the client to answer questions about products (including usage and function)

Requirements:


  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
  • Superior client relations skills
  • Selfmotivated with an outgoing, energetic personality
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Experience in retail strongly preferred, but not required
  • Must be available weekends
  • Must have valid Driver's License
