• Develop an in-depth understanding of our company values, clients, products, service offerings, and marketing strategies
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction by greeting customers in a friendly, engaging manner, and provide a legendary experience to each individual
• Recommend and promote products to customers based on their specific needs
• Remain consistent with meeting personal sales targets, as well as looking for opportunities to impact fellow teammates to exceed their own individual goals

• Prior experience as a team lead, manager, marketing coordinator, sales agent, or supervisor is a plus
• Degree in Management, Business Management, Marketing, or
