We are looking for experienced project managers to implement challenging large-scale projects in the HVAC sector throughout Germany at Wind Point. Are you coming from a practical background and have experience in project management? Then we are a perfect match.

Responsibilities

Project management for the trades of heating, plumbing, ventilation, and refrigeration for large-scale projects.
Leading and instructing on-site installation personnel
Material disposition
Independent awarding of partial services
Attending appointments such as construction meetings and communication with the client
Monitoring the schedule and taking necessary actions to meet deadlines
Coordination of internal and external interfaces (e.g. planning, procurement, subcontractors)

Qualifications

Training as a systems mechanic, refrigeration engineer, or similar with further qualifications preferred
Alternatively: degree in building technology or similar
Project management knowledge and experience
Ideal first leadership experience
Team spirit, resilience
Willingness to travel
