Role: Project Manager

Position Description:

Project Manager position is responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of assigned multidiscipline capital project opportunities that meet safety, cost, schedule and quality objectives.

Drives high level decision quality and engages effectively with decision makers and stakeholders.
Maintains close partnership with other groups / stakeholders within the refinery throughout the relevant project phases.
Stewards competitive project performance results through effective management of cost and schedule forecasting, estimating and lookbacks.
Requires the ability to influence decisions and address issues through dialogue and data. Successful candidate will need technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships.

Requirements:

Multiple deployments of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or integrated Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems that include finance, supply chain, and asset management scope.
Preparing a business for a multi-discipline technology that enabled a business transformation
Broad information technology project knowledge (i.e., project management, business analyst, application analyst/architect)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management and working through influence.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Minimum of 10-15 years relevant experience.

Position Details:

Schedule:Hybrid (3 days in office 2 days remote) 5/40 or 9/80

Occasional travel to Houston,TX

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80.00 per hour
