Job Title:
Mobile Home Park Tenant Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tenant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a mobile home park.

As a Tenant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the park's properties and ensuring all residents comply with park rules and regulations.


Job Duties:

  • Collecting and reporting rent payments from tenants.
  • Scheduling maintenance services for homes and common areas of the park.
  • Communicating with tenants to address concerns and complaints.
  • Maintaining accurate records of rent and bill payments.
  • Coordinating with outside vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
  • Enforcing park rules and regulations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all residents.
  • Managing park finances and creating reports for the park owners.
  • Conducting regular inspections of homes and common areas to ensure they are wellmaintained.
  • Assisting with moveins and moveouts of tenants.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

The Tenant Manager position comes with a salary of around $10,000 per year, as well as a discounted rent for the mobile home park.
