Sea Crest Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is actively seeking an to join our team of Marketing Coordinator/ Hospital Liaison dynamic professionals

  • Visits hospitals as per Daily schedule.
  • Establishes relationships with Hospital personnel.
  • Maintains/checks on current Residents while in the hospital.
  • Follows up with New Admission (Post-Admission).
  • Collects all pertinent preadmission data from hospital.
  • Visit area hospitals on a consistent basis while following the policies and procedures set by the hospital for encountering patients and accessing medical records
  • Identify the current needs of the facility to maintain a balanced acuity census
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the Case Managers and Social Workers at the area hospitals
  • Visit alternate level of care facilities at request to review prospective residents
