Responsibilities of Entry Level
Electrical Controls EngineerPerform the robot teaching / PLC / HMI Programming / modificationWork closely with customer to determine the customization of automation systemsTrain customers on how to use the robotics and automation systemsDraw up plans using computer - assigned engineering and design softwareRead and interpret plans, diagrams, electrical drawings, and code requirementsAnalyze the current production system of customer plant and suggest Kaizen/improvement solutionsOther duties as assignedQualifications of Entry Level Electrical Controls EngineerBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related field or equivalent experience or equivalent experienceBasic knowledge in PLC is requiredInternship experience in process engineering, controls engineering field preferredStrong leadership skills in team environment and skills to bring positive atmosphere to the teamAbility to be flexible to work effectively with wide variety of people and to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environmentExcellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task and perform duties time efficientlyTeam-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivatedProficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially ExcelWhile performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
