- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to enhance their skills
- Foster a team environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service
- Implement and oversee all staff training programs
- Assist in identifying and developing Area Leads and Certified Trainers for added responsibility or internal advancement
- Lead and motivate managerial staff by leveraging individual strengths to maximize productivity
- Ensure implementation of employee recognition and incentive programs as outlined
- Maintain a strong community presence through partnerships with local organizations
- Ensure a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and staff
- Oversee all aspects of operations including entertainment, food, beverage, attractions, and property to support financial goals and company initiatives
- Enhance operational efficiency through attention to detail and adherence to standards
- Provide guidance to the management team and ensure consistent high performance from all staff
- Foster positive employee relations by effectively delegating managerial tasks and maintaining operational standards
- Support franchise owner(s) in holding manager(s) accountable for achieving departmental goals
- Monitor online feedback to maintain service standards or enhance the guest experience
- Exploit business opportunities in the market by executing company marketing strategies to increase sales
- Maintain systems ensuring fiscal responsibility for inventory control and proper ordering
- Ensure appropriate staffing levels and management coverage to enhance the customer experience within budget constraints
- Analyze financial reports and devise action plans to boost revenue and manage expenses to meet or surpass annual budgets
- Ability to engage enthusiastically with others
- Strong character and sound judgment in decision-making
- Experience in hospitality industry required: Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, or Restaurants
- 3+ years of experience in Facility Operations & Management required
- Proven ability in developing team members in respective areas
- Demonstrated track record in achieving store financial goals
- Professional, energetic, self-motivated individual with the ability to motivate others and maintain a positive attitude
- Intermediate computer skills - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must consistently display professional grooming and conduct
- Adaptability, flexibility, and genuine enthusiasm for the business
- Strong communication skills; clear and concise in both writing and verbal communication
- Skilled in establishing relationships with employees, management, and vendors
- Project professionalism internally and externally at all times
- Ability to articulate and communicate a vision for the establishment
- Flexible, readily adapting to business and team requirements and changes

JOB SUMMARY
Urban Air is seeking a General Manager to inspire, foster accountability, and achieve results to promote success while preserving our enjoyable culture.
