The Human Resource Receptionist will facilitate positive contact and communication between all Caring, Inc.

staff members and the Human Resources department and perform administrative duties for the department as the Human Resources Director instructs.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • None.

Duties/Responsibilities:
_**- Welcomes employees, potential employees, and visitors in person and telephonically.

  • Answers incoming phone calls, transfers calls and takes messages when necessary.
  • Answers inquiries or refers questions to the appropriate member of the HR team.
  • Notifies appropriate staff when a visitor with an appointment arrives.
  • Oversees and maintains the Human Resources reception area, kitchen, restrooms, copier room, and training rooms. Ensuring that they are stocked, neat, and organized.
  • Follows up on minor employee issues.
  • Processes and distributes incoming mail; prepares outgoing mail for pickup.
  • Performs clerical and administrative services for HR Director as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the HR Director.

_**- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to promote a positive image of the Caring, Inc. HR Department
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and tact in stressful situations.

Education and Experience:
_**- High school diploma or equivalent required.

**_

Physical Requirements:
_**- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
