Description

We are looking for an Experienced Seasonal Security Recruiter in the San Diego/La Jolla area.

Part-Time/Temporary Security Recruiter/Processor

Responsibilities:

Proficient in conducting In-Person Interviews and Investigations for thorough recruitment and hiring efficiency
Proficient in Security Protocols and supervision, with opportunity to Lead the team being recruited
Monitor, and orchestrate a minimum caseload for recruitment and processing, with organizational techniques for proficient processing needs
In office Operation (Non-Remote)

Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Communications or related fields
Eligible and Valid California Guard Card
2+ years experience of In Field Security
2+ years of experience in Recruitment in the Security industry, or related fields
Experience with multiple computer programs and other technological equipment
Effective written and verbal communication
Proficient grammar and articulation skills to communicate in all atmospheres
US Citizenship or assisting Citizenship documentation
Ability to work in a team environment
Social media/recruiting brand knowledge
MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with various applicant tracking systems
