The RHE, the public waste management company in the Rhein-Hunsrück district, employs around 100 unionized employees.

As a modern, independent, innovative, and sustainable company, we have been collecting, recycling, and disposing of all waste generated by over 100,000 residents since 2006.

In addition to 3 biomass heating plants, RHE operates several PV systems and a biomass fermentation plant.

We are currently looking to fill the position of
Cash Management Manager (m/f/d) with a maximum of 40/39 working hours per week.

Your responsibilities include:

Management tasks in cash management and enforcement office
Representation of RHE in enforcement and seizure matters
Optimization of enforcement and implementation of successful measures in case processing
Leading independent processing of forced auction and insolvency proceedings
Issuance and enforcement of tolerance orders
Granting of deferrals, writeoffs, and waivers
Constant representation of the department management in the area of objection proceedings, enforcement of connection and usage obligations, and participation in committee work
Acting as a substitute for the department management of administration, law, and personnel in case of absence

Your profile:

Applications are open to civil servants with the qualification for the third entry level of the administrative and financial field, as well as administrative specialists with a completed secondlevel examination.
